Route 66 through Tucumcari is kind of depressing. A few attempts at renovation scattered amongst derelict buildings. That said, this park delivers high value if you want a place to park with hook-ups. Its obvious the owners care about keeping it a decent place to stay. You can have trees or not, all utilities worked as they're supposed to, sites are level and easily accessible. Ignore the surroundings and you've got a deal.
