RV park office was closed (for repairs it appeared, not sure). Check-in was by phone to the casino hotel front desk. Monica at the desk was amazing – our reservation had been screwed up by Boomtown casino, she fixed it and even made sure our Good Sam discount was applied. Also, we had a prescription that was mailed to us at the wrong address (it arrived at Hollywood after we’d left, it was supposed to go to our next location). Monica put us in contact with the Hollywood casino shipping folks, who sent the package to us at our next location. The park itself is very nice. Extra-large level sites, large trees, picnic tables, free ice machine, small (2+2) but clean laundry room. One issue: WiFi had limited range – we drove around the park and picked a site with good reception – but many sites didn’t.
