I stayed in this park for a couple of months. They advertise that they offer WiFi and satellite TV. They do have it but it doesn't work. The girls in the office will tell you that they are working on it and that you can come to the office, it still doesn't work. It is full of snow birds and I think that just about all of them have at least 2+ dogs and some of them will allow their pets to pee on your vehicles, sewer connection, and personal items and some of them do not pick up their poo. The rules state "Limit two pets per unit, not to exceed 100 lbs" – their is a RV that has two huge Doberman's and another one that has three dogs (small, medium and large). They are getting ready to increase their rates – they should fix their infrastructure and offer what that advertise.
