Leisure Landing RV Park 10/10 – Hot Springs, Arkansas

This is the first park I have stayed at where there really wasn't anything wrong from my perspective. Easy to find although a little off the beaten path. Site was long enough for my 35 foot travel trailer and there was parking immediately next to your site that is just as long as the site itself. Small park with gravel – although the owner says they are paving it soon and adding more sites. There is a small, grassy area for dogs to walk around. It is on the corner of the lake but I wouldn't recommend using the park for access to the lake – not enough room. The bathrooms & showers were immaculate, and if I could give the a 6 out of 5, I would. It certainly raised my standards for RV park bathrooms. They were hotel-style bathrooms. This place had a 24-hour lounge and a small gym. Only 2 washers & dryers, though. Internet was adequate. Had a few cable channels. Plenty of propane – the owner even ordered 500 gallons after they ran out. Very quiet park. I gave this place a 10 not necessarily because it was a stand-out park but because I really couldn't find anything wrong with my 1 month stay. If I had to find one thing wrong with the stay, it was that there was one day during the winter when they couldn't get me propane because 1 employee was out on a business trip and the other was in the hospital (husband & wife manage it).
