Really a nicely laid out rv park and appears to be new. It would be a great rally park. Our 3 day visit had some very high winds daily that put a damper on outside activities. It is about 20 miles west of the I25/ I40 interchange and the highway signs and our navigation awareness were poor. It is exit 140 just like their web site states. WI/FI was poor, pedestal outlay was perfect, sat was good. Casino is a short parking lot drive or walk, could not see or hear traffic from I40.
