Stayed here for 3 days with a passport america discount. Without the discount it is a little spendy. The 50 amp site was VERY spacious and great for our motorhome. Gravel surface but bricked tile for patio with fencing but didnt take advantage of this outdoor area. Has propane, library, laundry and good folks to manage. Many long term rv ers, but horse race track is a plus. Enjoyed our stay.
